Darkness my dear friend

I have come to honor thee  with my thread

Dark rose for a darkened soul

Clothed in velvet of midnight

When the Moon is my only light

Secret works I will do

Hushed in darkness my dear friend

Fear keeps many out

For  lack of knowledge  

They do not know

Darkness can be their closest friend

Though in this world I am no more

Tho the world be cold as ice
My love for you will be your warmth
